摘要 A field trial was performed to investigate the effect of biochar at rates of 0, 10 and 40 t ha-1 on rice yield and CH4 and N2O emissions with and without N fertilization in a rice paddy from Tai Lake plain, China. The paddy was cultivated with rice (Oryza sativa L., cv. Wuyunjing 7) under conventional water regime. Soil emission of CH4, N2O was monitored by closed chamber method throughout the whole rice growing season (WRGS) at ten days interval. Rice yield was increased by 12% and 14% without addition of N, and by 8.8% and 12.1% with N fertilization respectively under biochar amendment of 10 t ha-1 and 40 t ha-1 compared to no biochar amendment. Total soil CH4-C emission was increased by 34%-41% under biochar amendment at 40t ha-1 compared to no biochar amendment with and without N fertilization. However, total N2O emission was sharply decreased by 40%-51% and by 28%-21% respectively under biochar amendment both with and without N fertilization. The emission factor (EF) was reduced from 0.0042 kg N2O-N kg-1 N fertilized with no biochar to 0.0013 kg N2O-N kg-1 N fertilized with biochar at 40 t ha-1. Therefore, biochar significantly increased rice yield and decreased N2O emission while increased total CH4 emission from the rice paddy. However, these effects were not proportional to biochar amendment rates.
